If you have the basic commercial license you must combine the graphics with some other graphics or text and make them significantly changed and mixed.
So the pre-made designs and compositions can not be used as they are with a basic license. So I recommend you to have an extended commercial license to have all the flexibility for creating your commercial products! 🙂
